Film photography workshop

Have you been wanting to learn how to use your film camera?  Would you like to be able to develop your own black and white film at home? How about making some prints from your negatives?

Let's plan 4 sessions together and I will help you along this journey, it will not matter if you have never done any of these steps or if you have had some experience but want to refresh your memory.  We will plan one session at a time so you can pace your learning to your own desires.

I will supply film and darkroom materials for the class, if you want to stay late and use my darkroom that is an option using your own materials. If you need a film camera for the class I have cameras for you to use, 35mm, 120, 4x5 and 8x10 come and experiment.

  • 4 separate 4 hour sessions to be scheduled
  • camera operation and sorting proper exposure
  • photographing with Ray Bidegain
  • Film development
  • Making silver prints in my darkroom

Workshops are a private experience with the focus on your success.
